Closet Warranty Information
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty (see below) covering defects in materials and workmanship for all of our closets or storage products delivered and installed in your home. This warranty is valid for as long as you live in the home in which the products have been installed.
Our Replacement and Re-installation Pledge
You will always be able to find the matching replacement part. Should you ever want to replace a worn or broken part, or should you want to add to your system at a later date, we will have replacement parts that match in size, color and grain the system originally installed. We will make the repairs or additions at our standard labor and material charges in effect at that time. We will even uninstall a system in your old home and reinstall it for you in a new location within our service area at the then prevailing rates for labor and materials.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant all workmanship and materials against defects in connection with the closet or storage products delivered and installed under the sales contract for as long as you, the customer, live in the home in which the products are installed; provided, however, that this warranty shall be void if: (A) you fail to pay the total agreed-upon price including any surcharge for additional work performed by us, or (B) the products are abused, moved, or not used as first intended as agreed upon in the sales contract between you and us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to the goods covered by these terms and conditions. This warranty shall only apply to products delivered and installed by us and your sole remedy shall be the replacement of defective parts and the labor required to make such replacement. This warranty and any rights or obligations contained herein may not be assigned, transferred or delegated by you to any third party.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. Depending on which state you live in, you may have additional rights.
