All closet components are manufactured in our own state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility in New Bedford, MA.

This CNC "Automatic Edgebander" is used to apply the edgebanding with accuracy and quality.
This CNC "Nested Base Router" is used to increase production rate, lowering costs to the customer.
This CNC "Point-to-Point Router" is used to machine closet component parts with extreme accuracy.
This Thermofoil machine is the newest addition to Cozy Closets. We are proud of this machine because we are the 2nd closet company in the country to manufacture its own thermofoil doors and draw fronts.
Automotive assembly plants use robots to improve accuracy and eliminate damage from improper handling. We use the same robots in our factory.
